Hubby Birthday Card

Well I'm well please with the way my card has turned out - its the first time I have used acetate and I can say I will be using it again, not as bad as what I thought it might be.

Katie-Mae (5year old great niece  decide to inform me today that she liked crafting better than me, when I asked how - she said cause she draws more pictures than me - touche little one lol x  dont you just love them.

She had great fun turning the handle on my big shot and embossing some cards to colour in.  As it my hubbys birthday on friday I asked if she wanted to make him a birthday card.  Here is her result so far ( it is work in progress - to be concluded tomorrow after school) - she used chalks to colour it in.

Another day at the old coral lol - no sleep last night - couple of hours from 6-10 then mam to dentist and me to docs.  Mam is fine and ive got ear infection - oh joy.  Ive got 30 mins then off to pick little one up from school and then to my assertive class tonight - will hopefully manage to squeeze some crafting in before I go to my class.

Wohoo I got my new cuting plates today for my sizzix big shot and can now try out my two new dies I got for my birthday off my hubby.

I am also waiting patiently for the new Christine Hayworths, Crisalis Classics Twin CD ROM my hubby bought me from Create and Craft, Crafters Companion pick of the week -

Been playing with my spectrum noir pens, going yo try them on some acetate I have embossed to see my results - keep watching lol .....

Hi-de-hi campers - I've made a few more cards as I heard the calling from Leann from CC and was inspired to go into creative mode lol.

to make these I have used cordination card, sizzix big shot for embossing and die cutting ,ecraft machine for fairy, embossing folders from desire and cuttlebug, sizzix dies.  Embelishment courtesy of the poundshop :).

Wedding Card box

I have just finished the wedding card box for my niece only two weeks to the big day wohoo:

Wow - how lucky am I! I won both of these cards on Create and Craft - not on the same day, not even in the same week, but a couple of months apart,thats what I call lucky (to have been drawn out of the cup of chance) as they are two beautiful cards. This one is one of Teresa Welch's moveable parts cards - from her CD.

This one was made by Leann Chivers from Crafter Companions while promoting their 4 day deal - Angelica and Friends.

full of busy - dont know where the times goes lol. Ive been looking for inspiration to put some sample wedding invitations together, as well as putting finishing touches to family birthday cards. I decided I would make a card to enter a competition, something I have not done before in the world of paper crafting. This is the card I have done and fell like there is something missing - any ideas???

Crafters Companion

Havent done much crafting this weekend as have my poorly mam staying with us. She is feeling a tad better so I caught up on some Create and Craft this morning and Im so glad I did. Crafters Companion 4 day deal - woohoo had to order it looks great and the price is just fantastic value for money. My new Kanban pack came so I have lots to play with when mams well enough and I have some time to myself again.

Another night where im unable to sleep, so I decided to have a bit of a play and made these cards.
