TSC New Release - Grand Duchess NR September 13th

Fun friday has arrived again and that means another new release from The Stamping Chef aka TSC.  I don't know how Tamara does it but she always manages to produce amazing images week after week.

This week the new release is called ' Grand Duchess' and she can be purchased from the TSC store.
