Mindful Journey

I would like to invite you all to come on a mindful journey with me. I have been invited to look at these mindful products and thought you might like to try them with me.

I've always loved the thought of art journaling and have had a taste of art therapy, so with the use of these mindful cards (LSW Mind Cards) I am setting off and invite you to hop on board.

There are 45 cards divided into five different categories which are:
  • Reflection
  • Kindness
  • Gratitude
  • Ritual
  • Journal
The idea is you shuffle the cards and each day you choose a card and follow the instruction. By doing this on a daily basis it should have a positive impact and by writing in your journal you will be able to look back and see how your mindset has changed.

I have already shuffled the cards, shown on the video and chose the first card for today, which is shown at the end of the video. Please feel free to invite your friends and family to join in, the more the merrier.

Its another way of helping us through this pandemic. and all you need is a pen and note book, colouring pens pencil of you want to be creative.  It would be great if you can post your answers or illustrations, but its OK if you don't want to share.  Let me know what you think and if you feel more comfortable I can set up a group on Facebook specifically for this journey, otherwise post them on my facebook group https://www.facebook.com/judithmakes.

If you would like to purchase your own copy of Mind Cards you can do so here.  When you purchase your Mind Cards you can choose a guided meditation for free (normally £2.99), by using the code ' Meditation' at check out.

Take care and stay safe and I hope to see you on my journey.
