My Time To Craft - 16th October Halloween or Cats #443

Hi Crafty Peeps,

Who doesn't like a bit of halloween, and getting caught up in all the excitement of the young ones.  As you have probable guessed this challenge is either Halloween or Cats, or you could do both if you fancy, the choice is yours.

I used Sue Wilson dies on this one, along with an aperture die to make  the border and your a hoot with three little owl die.  Now don't ask me where I got them as the answer will probably be I can't remember lol, its an age thing...  I do buy a lot of things off other crafters, and they don't always have the packaging.

Ive got to admit it wasn't easy doing the weave, but i'm sure the more I do the easier it will get.  Happy Crafting,

My Time To Craft - 2nd October Autumnal Colours#442

 

Hello crafty peeps

The theme for this challenge is Autumnal Colours, but first, let me remind you to pop over to My Time To Craft to find out who the winners are for challenge #441, and check out the  fantastic makes from the DT members.  

To make this card I used a white sheet of card, sprayed it with water and sprinkled Brusho onto it to give me this lovely autumn colours.  When the white card was dry I used Creative Texture Collections brick wall die to cut into it, and left some of the wall pieces in.  I then used a piece of Hobby Craft scrap card and some grunge background paper from my stash.  I forgot which die set I got the leaf die from but Im sure someone will let me know or I will remember eventually lol.

Hello crafty peeps

The theme for this challenge is Harry Potter, I thought this would have been so easy but it turned out to be such a challenge, as there are so many great characters to choose from.

Anyhow, I decided to do Dobbie, I found him on a free colouring page.  I use Spectrum Noir pens to colour him, stencil and die used are from Create 'The Textures Collection', I also used graphite black Cosmic Shimmer Ink Spray Mist. 

I've had lots of fun with this challenge and cant wait to see what you all come up with.

My Time to Craft Challenge 4th September #440. Embossing (wet or dry)

 

Hello crafty peeps

First let me remind you to pop over to My Time To Craft to find out who the winners are for challenge #439.  

The theme for this challenge is Embossing (wet or dry), what this means is you can use your embossing powders (wet) or embossing folders (dry) or both if the fancy takes you.

I used a Crafters Companion 3D embossing folder for the background, I cant find my stamp and forgot the name of it (shame on me), but she is a beautiful dance, I used Crafters Companion sparkle pens to colour in and a bit of water colour around about.
